Ryan, a California native, has been lucky to call Idaho home for the past 16 years of her life. Moving here at only 9 she didn’t understand all of the special things that Idaho had to offer her and left to move to Texas at 18. After a short 8 months, she realized no place could hold her heart like Idaho does. 

Ryan spent 7 years of her life working in the luxury retail business, and because of her time there, she learned the importance of valuing people’s time, the importance of educating a person on making smart financial decisions, and the importance of actively listening to what a person truly needs from her. Ryan decided to make a career change into real estate because she believed the skills that she had learned from her previous career would easily carry over into this new season for her.
